Rates are per villa not per person. We accept payment in UK pounds or US Dollars.  A £200 (or $400) per week non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking - payment is required in full for bookings made within 4 weeks of the date of your holiday. For bookings made prior to 4 weeks of your holiday date, payment of the balance must be made on or before the 4th week prior to your holiday date.

A refundable security deposit of £200 ($400) is required at the time the balance is paid - this is to cover damage and/or missing items and will be returned to you immediately after our agents have cleaned and checked the property following your departure. For your security and convenience we accept payment by Mastercard, Visa or Debit card and Paypal as well as cheques and direct credit transfer from your bank.  Please do not post cash - it may get lost and we cannot be responsible for this.  Due to the cost of cleaning, minimum rental is for 7 nights - if you wish to stay for a shorter period the rental will be subject to the 7 night rate.  Discounts apply for bookings of over 2 weeks.  Pool heat on all villas is charged at £12.50 ($25.00) per night.  Please note: all bookings are subject to our Booking Terms.     For available dates, please contact us
