Florida Villa Orlando - Sanctuary Villa

Sanctuary is a 3 bed 2 bath single storey villa completed in 2003. The property is located on the Calabay Parc development off the US27 south of Disney. The villa has been furnished to the highest standards and is complete with everything you could want right down to cutlery, corkscrew and soap. The rooms are arranged as one master bedroom with queen size bed, one double room, and one twin bedded room. In addition the family room features a queen sleeper sofa to sleep two more people. Altogether the villa sleeps 8

At the back the villa features a sculpted pool, decking area with sun loungers and patio furniture and a covered 'lanai' which provides shelter from the rain or shade from the hot florida sun :-)

The villa is centrally heated and air conditioned, has 19" TV in the master suite as well as a large screen tv in the living room, and has american size washer and tumble dryer in the garage.
